Our starting in Beira Mozambique was not easy given differences in business operating environment . The situation was made difficult because of COVID – 19 pandemic restrictions. We had to set up and start operating the business. While other functions of a business were on the ground, the Finance function was not there. 

Then, Achyutam came in. We had totally incomplete records and they did all the double entry, set up the chart of accounts and within 45 days we got our first MIS which enabled us to measure and control the business.
